FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q1. What's your transportation way?

A1. LCL or FCL by sea, by international express (DHL, TNT, UPS, etc) or by air.

Q2. How about your packaging?

A2. Professional export package, wooden case.

Q3. What are your payment terms and MOQ?

A3. T/T or LC at sight. We don’t have MOQ requirement on qty, however, if you purchase more, the prices should be better.

Q4. What is the lead time if ordering?

A4. Generally if we have stock, we will deliver the machine in one week or asap. If it has customized requirements like voltage or design , the lead time will be around 30-60 days which depends on the actual situations.

Q5. How does your factory control the quality?

A5. Quality is most important.
We pay much attention to QC and QA from raw materials to finished products. We do test for each machine before it leaves our factory to make sure it's qualified. Our factory has passed ISO audit. We also have audits periodically to make sure our system is running in correct way.

Q6. How long is the guarantee?

A6. Our machine guarantee is for one year for no human damage factor.

Q7. How shall we solve issues which occur?

A7. For normal issues you can refer to our manuals for trouble shooting; For issues which are not included in manuals, please prepare machine serial no, picture of nameplate, and detailed issue description to us ASAP. We will analyze and get back to you ASAP; Audio meeting is also available for trouble shooting if needed.
