These 3000L Liquid Soap mixers are designed with combination of top agitator and bottom homogenizer, as well as 3 layers tanks (inner barrel + jacket + insulation). All parts contact with products are made of SS316L, while the stairs and handrails are made of SS304. It is suitable for producing high quality liquid soap, liquid hand soap, liquid detergents and clothes softeners, etc.
It can be also used as mixing machines for cosmetics manufacturing, like shampoo, lotion, cream, paste, etc. We have different sizes for customers to choose, from lab size to big batch producing sizes, 5L, 10L, 20L to 5000L.
